This calming Wellness Duo blends the therapeutic benefits of Indie Head Massage with the gentle energy healing of Reiki. The head massage relieves tension, improves circulation and soothes the nervous system, while Reiki works to balance your energetic field promoting deep relaxation and inner harmony. Together, they create a holistic experience that nurtures body, mind and spirit.
Each session will include: 45 minutes of Indie Head Massage, 45 minutes of Reiki, your choice of protection or namaste oil as well as a grounding face mist, energy cleanse and protection and some time to connect together.
The Aura & Oracle
Reiki + Divine Spiritual Guidance.
This intuitive Wellness Duo combines the healing energy of Reiki with the clarity of Oracle Guidance. Reiki helps to clear energetic blockages and restore balance while Oracle messages offer insight and spiritual reflection. Together, they support emotional release, inner alignment and empowered decision-making on your healing path.

Each session will include: 45 minutes of Reiki, 45 minutes of Divine Guidance, your choice of protection or namaste oil as well as a grounding face mist, energy cleanse and protection and some time to connect together. A take home package will be provided summarizing your session.​

Breathwork + Reiki.
This powerful Wellness Duo integrates conscious breathwork with Reiki energy healing to support deep emotional release and energetic realignment. Breathwork activates the body's natural healing response while Reiki soothes and restores balance to the energetic field. Together, they create space for clarity, calm and inner transformation.
