No experience is necessary, we just ask you to come with an open mind and a willingness to care for your body.

Body Mind Soul
A restorative evening designed to help you exhale into presence, unwind and restore balance.

In this event you will be guided through 40 minutes of guided breathwork to awaken and reset the body, followed by 30 minutes of grounding meditation to quiet the mind and deepen stillness. The journey ends with a serene 1-on-1 Indie Head Massage with blended essential oils.

Mindful Yoga Session
​This journey is designed for those who are new to yoga or returning after time away. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a gentle introduction to mindful movement, breath and deep relaxation. With clear guidance and a focus on alignment, you'll explore foundational postures at a comfortable pace, building strength, flexibility and balance.
Each session weaves together movement, stillness and nourishment leaving you grounded, refreshed and more connected to yourself. Our boutique classes enable deeper engagement, allowing students to progress more effectively in their practice.

Family Yoga
RUNNING EVERY SUNDAY IN NOVEMBER & DECEMBER.
Bring the whole family together for a heart-centred yoga experience that nourished body, mind and connection. These sessions are designed for all ages - adults, kids and little yogis alike - offering a fun and supportive space to move, breathe and play together. Together we will build trust, balance and awareness while sharing laughter and presence. No prior yoga experience is needed - just an open heart and willingness to explore together.
