New Updates
#1. Upcoming rate adjustment - as many of you know, there is a high demand for Registered Massage Therapy in our community. While I'm committed to continuing to offer each client the highest quality of treatment, presence and care, to sustain this, I will be adjusting all Massage Therapy rates as of October 1.
#2. Yoga classes with Mariia are now open on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm.
#3. NEW! Wellness Duos AND Events & Workshops.
#4. Reflexology Treatments will be offered as of October 6th on Mondays.

Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Any appointments booked at the studio are supported by a strict cancellation policy.​
If your appointment is cancelled, rescheduled or shortened with less than 24 hours notice the full treatment cost will be charged to your card on file. In the case that you’re late for your appointment, you will receive the remaining time and you will be required to pay for your full treatment time.
Arrival Policy
Should you arrive to the studio before your scheduled time please make yourself comfortable in the seating area.

When your therapist is ready to begin treatment they will welcome you into your treatment room.
​
Should you need the washroom, it is located straight to the end of the hall when you come in the front door.
Illness Policy
The health of our clients and therapists is our number one priority.

We kindly ask you that if you are feeling unwell prior to your scheduled appointment to please reschedule.
If you show up to your appointment under the weather, you will not receive treatment and you will be charged for your appointment.
